Leader of Sudan Liberation Army/Movement and leading figure in the Forces of Freedom and Change (Democratic Bloc), Mini Arko Minnawi said that Sudan now is at cross-roads, adding that the political situations are very difficult due to the narrow political horizon and not accepting each other.
He pointed out in a televised programme aired in the Blue Nile TV Channel the dispute between the military components came to the surface due to the political disputes.
He added that Sudan is the only African country which did not practice a genuine national dialogue since its independence.
He added that they were the cause of 25th October 2021 move warning the politicians that taking advantage of the dispute between the Army and the RSF to assume power because if the dispute between the Army and the RSF continues then the country will collapse.
He called on the political forces to disregard their differences and narrow interests.
He affirmed that the integration of armed struggle movements in the national army requires comprehensive reform process and removing all constraints.
He concluded that coming out of the current crisis could be through the formation of a new national platform and disregarding the Framework Agreement and the Political Declaration.
